Job description

  • Responsible for generating, nurturing, and following leads in order to accelerate the sales process & close new businesses.
  • Will actively conduct research & reach business targets through phone, email and in-person (whenever required).

Job Responsibilities

  • Reach existing customers & new prospects generated from various marketing sources (website, email, webinar, etc.) via outbound (cold) calls, emails, and any other means with regular data management & reporting
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching & identifying potential new accounts
  • Presenting and delivering sales information to potential prospects
  • Working closely with sales team when closing sales until completion. For existing customers, make sure to coordinate resources to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Maintaining CRM database of existing & prospective client information
  • Provide and support admin tasks including logistic processes.
  • Work on invoices required by office
  • Provide support to marketing activities and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
  • Excellent English & Chinese and written communication skills (the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers)
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Previous experience (at least 2 years) in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience in the IT industry preferred
