Job description
- Responsible for generating, nurturing, and following leads in order to accelerate the sales process & close new businesses.
- Will actively conduct research & reach business targets through phone, email and in-person (whenever required).
Job Responsibilities
- Reach existing customers & new prospects generated from various marketing sources (website, email, webinar, etc.) via outbound (cold) calls, emails, and any other means with regular data management & reporting
- Develop sales opportunities by researching & identifying potential new accounts
- Presenting and delivering sales information to potential prospects
- Working closely with sales team when closing sales until completion. For existing customers, make sure to coordinate resources to increase customer satisfaction.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Maintaining CRM database of existing & prospective client information
- Provide and support admin tasks including logistic processes.
- Work on invoices required by office
- Provide support to marketing activities and processes.
Job Requirements
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
- Excellent English & Chinese and written communication skills (the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers)
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Previous experience (at least 2 years) in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience in the IT industry preferred
